Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at EcoHomen. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your wooden crafts or home decor items, we are here to help with our 30-Day Return Policy.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse (Changed Mind/Wrong Size/Dislike): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong style/size, or personal dislike, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Alternative Shipping Solutions: Since international shipping can be highly expensive, we kindly advise checking the rates with your local post office first. Alternatively, to save your time and shipping fees, our support team is happy to offer an alternative solution, such as a substantial partial refund (up to 30%–50%) for you to keep the item, or a store credit code for your next shopping.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Since our products are crafted from wood, minor natural variations in wood grain and color are normal. However, if your item arrives significantly damaged or defective, please contact us at support@ecohomen.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.

If approved, we will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund immediately—no need to return the broken item back to our origin studio.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@ecohomen.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with further return instructions, alternative cost-saving options, or the appropriate return address.
  3. If a physical return is required, you will need to book the shipment with your local carrier, pay the shipping fee, and provide us with the tracking number. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned package and inspect the condition of the item, we will send you an email to notify you.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).

  • PayPal Refunds: Typically appear in your account within 24 hours.
  • Credit Card Refunds: May take 2–5 business days to reflect on your official statement.
